The staff at Hotel Peak View, Manali were polite, helpful, and cooperative throughout our family stay, and they made us feel well looked after. The regular food wasn't quite to our taste at first, but they understood and arranged special breakfasts and dinners according to our preferences. We had a comfortable experience overall, and it's a good option for families looking for a pleasant stay in Manali.

Our 5 days and 4 night Chandigarh to Manali package was nothing like the fictional offers Hindustan travel company quoted. We stayed at Hotel Peak View, which had no power or water backup. #Hindustan_travel_company had promised sandwiches, poha, and coffee for breakfast, but none of that was available when we arrived. We were told we'd have to pay extra for those items. When we complained about the food quality, #Hindustan_travel_company gave no satisfactory response. After we paid the full package amount, they stopped answering calls. We got stuck in the snowfall and had to book a 4x4 vehicle and pay extra to get out of Manali, then they refused to refund us. I'd tell everyone not to book a package from #Hindustan_travel_agency.

Ram took great care of our family and was very cooperative throughout. The food felt homestyle and hygienic, too. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

The food had neither good taste nor quality, and the staff were unprofessional and unwilling to cooperate. Service overall was extremely poor, which spoiled my Manali trip. This was easily the worst part of my visit, and I'd tell other travelers to avoid this hotel if they want to enjoy their trip.
