The mountain view was lovely, and the hotel felt very pleasant. Rooms were clean, the staff courteous, and there’s hot water all day and TV with English channels. The food made in-house was really nice. Much appreciated the hospitality.

We stayed one night during our summer vacation, and the hotel staff were wonderfully hospitable. My kids enjoyed it so much that they promised owner Mr. Balvinder Kapoor they’d come back. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Zarim, including the staff and administration.

It’s an older property, so the rooms aren’t that great, but they’re still better than you’d expect for the price. The service and the quality and quantity of food are outstanding compared with the other options. Walking to Mall Road takes six minutes, and the walk back takes ten. A stay worth the money.
