Olive Grand View

The mountain scenery made our Manali trip memorable, and the whole group enjoyed staying at Olive Grand View. The staff were supportive, the location was peaceful, and the food was delicious.

This hotel’s service ruined our family trip. The rooms weren’t clean, the service staff didn’t respond, and transport arrangements were bad too. My family members were all yelling at me.

There’s a friendly doggo around, and the rooms have a cozy winter cabin feel. The location is conveniently quiet, away from traffic and noise. The staff were welcoming, and the food tasted good, with generous portions. Credit to the cook, Shubham.

I couldn’t sleep because of constant noise through the night, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. The food was cold, bland, and overpriced. On top of that, the staff were rude and acted like every request was a huge bother. The rooms were filthy too, with stained sheets, dusty furniture, and a bathroom that smelled as if it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t stay here again even for free.
