We stayed two nights at Span Inn & Suites Manali, and it was a relaxing, memorable visit. The location feels peaceful while still being conveniently connected to Manali's major attractions. Our room was spacious, spotless, comfortable, and had modern amenities, a cozy bed, and a lovely view. Housekeeping kept everything in great shape. Staff were polite, professional, attentive, and quick to help. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, served with a smile, and breakfast was generous and satisfying. I'd gladly recommend it and hope to stay again on my next trip.

The food was awful, and the Gulab Jamun was so hard. We asked for hot water but were told it wasn't available, and the geyser didn't work either. I stayed four nights with friends, and nobody came to clean even once.

Five stars aren't enough 😭😭💗 The location was lit, service top notch, and that view, goals 😭💕💋 Totally worth every penny! Loved every dish. I'll definitely be back 😭💗💝
