The staff were polite and courteous, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. They also provide a room heater. Breakfast had plenty of variety, with both Indian and English options. For the price, it felt like a good value, and I’d recommend staying here in Old Manali.

The food was good and the hotel is nice. The room itself was fine, but the phone wasn’t a charging plug, and when I asked for room service, someone took a long time to come.

The rooms are spacious, and the staff behaved well. Room service was quick too. A really nice stay overall.

The rooms were cozy, the setting is beautiful, and the food was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the North Indian curries and hot parathas, fresh and comforting after a stressful day. Our transport caused problems during the trip, and Sandeep sir(owner) and Supreet's team helped us straight away. The staff treated us like family and made sure we were safe and comfortable. That kind of sincere care is rare, and it turned a difficult situation into a pleasant memory. The property is lovely, but the people are what made the stay five-star.
