Trying to get through even one night here was a miserable experience. The rooms and hallway smelled awful, the couch was dirty, and there was hair on the pillows. The walls had damaged wood and looked close to torn, and the hotel felt untidy overall. The online photos were misleading. We were promised a family suite, but the room we got was a super deluxe and didn’t look like the pictures. Dev, the manager, showed us animated room images and promised us the best room, but I felt outright scammed. The rooms were suffocating, with tiny balconies, and the food was only okayish, barely edible. There were bikers making a ruckus and drinking alcohol, and the building’s facade was the worst I’ve seen. Don’t bring your family here unless you’re prepared for a miserable time. I don’t recommend booking a stay in this house.

We had a very good stay here. The rooms were spacious and neat, and Maa Hidimba devi temple is within walking distance. The staff were polite and helpful.

The peaceful atmosphere and well kept, modern facilities made the stay comfortable, and the food was delicious. Everyone, from reception to housekeeping, was attentive and went out of their way to help. Check-in was smooth, the room was spotless, and the amenities had been thoughtfully provided. The staff welcomed me warmly from the moment I arrived. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting comfort and quality.

I thought the hotel offered good quality for a reasonable price. The food was delicious, room service was excellent, and the room was very good. The mountain view was the best part of my stay.
