We only needed a bed to get some sleep, and that was the one positive. Heavy snowfall and traffic meant we had to book a night's stay on the way to Manali. The situation was unusual, but after we asked, they still wouldn't lower the ₹5000 charge for two rooms for one night. There was no drinking water or food in the kitchen, and they didn't provide any toiletries. A pathetic experience.

The rooms are okay, but the hotel is about 11km from the mall road and there isn't a nearby restaurant or dhaba. The food menu is highly overpriced, and even a small favor costs money. There's Tata sky, but only limited channels, with no world cup matches. If you book through Oyo, they won't let you check in. The owner seems very greedy and focused only on making money.

I paid in advance for two days, but when I was late, the manager Manish gave my 6 rooms to someone else. He didn't care that I was traveling with my whole family. I had to cancel booking id OKVS7163 to get the refund. I hated this place because of its manager. DO NOT GO FOR THIS HOTEL or you might regret it too. He is an IDIOT AND GREEDY.

The buffet came with extra charges, and the food wasn’t served properly. Staff seemed selfish and uneducated, focused only on money and showing no concern for customers’ needs. What worried me most was that they destroyed life-saving medicines stored in the kitchen, which could put someone’s life at risk. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families.
