There was no power backup, so I ended up checking out after just one day. My room hadn’t been cleaned, and there was no proper heating. They charged Rs 500/- per day for a basic rod heater, but it wasn’t enough to warm the room in below-zero temperatures.

We were seven friends, and our room at Nirvana Deluxe was spacious and clean. The food was delicious, and having everything under one roof made the stay a real treat. It’s in the peaceful surroundings of Vashisht, close to the hot water spring, which is a big plus.

The food was a real highlight, with plenty to choose from and everything well cooked. The accommodation is basic but clean, and seems ideal for trekkers. I also know the owner, Anil, as a friend, and the staff are people I’ve known for years. They’re courteous and helpful, and if something isn’t right, they’ll do their best to sort it out. Anil knows the area inside out, including local traders, and can arrange transport to some great sights. The location is also great for photos and visiting other places. This was my first time visiting him in his home state. Well done, Anil. See you in Goa!

The staff made us feel welcome, and the rooms were comfortable and tidy. There was a nice variety of delicious food, too. We had a lovely stay and a very pleasant getaway.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nirvana. The hotel has great views and a cafe right there, where the food was some of the best. The service was good, and the staff spoke to us so warmly that we felt comfortable. It was a great choice for me, and I’d recommend it to everyone. ❤️🔥
