I booked this for a guest, who was very well looked after. Manager Vishal was especially helpful, and the staff were courteous and welcoming. They even offered hot coffee as a welcome drink in the chilly weather. The rooms were spacious, with garden access and lovely mountain views, and there was plenty of parking. The restaurant has a charming atmosphere and a live kitchen where meals are freshly made to order rather than served buffet style. The large, inviting lobby has a wonderful book collection that adds to the cozy feel. A delightful experience and a great choice for a Manali visit.

The resort is well maintained, the staff are friendly and professional, and you get complimentary water bottles throughout your stay. It’s in a great spot facing the mountains, and service is top notch. The restaurant is clean and hygienic, but the food is expensive for a near average taste. If you’re watching your budget, it’s better to head out for your food cravings.

Even with heavy snowfall and power and water outages across Manali, the hotel kept backup power running and supplied hot water 24/7. The heated rooms were comfortable, and breakfast had a delicious, generous spread. Room service was prompt and professional, and the staff were extremely kind. For self-drive travellers, we came from the Naggar side and avoided Manali traffic completely. A wonderful, almost magical stay.

We spent four nights here and were pampered with tasty, mouth watering food. The staff were courteous and loving, and the management deserves credit for keeping the standards high. It’s a wonderful property with lovely views of the mighty Dhauladhars.

We had a lovely three-day stay. The little library beside reception was a nice extra, and the food, while not lavish, was carefully thought out and delicious. The location is bang on, the property is well planned, and the rooms feel cosy. Service was top notch, with a two-minute turnaround for anything we requested. An amazing experience, thank you team Anantmaya.
