The rooms were filthy, and the sheets, towels, and pillow covers were so dirty that the room felt suffocating. They wouldn’t provide extra towels, pillow covers, or bedsheets. The owner was rude, and there were lots of restrictions. I’d give less than one star if I could.

The rooms at Hadimba Regency Hotel were spacious and clean, with a lovely mountain view, comfortable bedding, and a peaceful feel. Hygiene was kept up around the hotel, including the dining area and washrooms. Breakfast had a good variety, and the fresh, tasty food felt home-cooked. Room service was quick. The hotel is conveniently placed for visiting Hadimba Temple, Mall Road, and Manu Temple. Staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. From check-in through check-out, things were handled smoothly. I had a really good stay in Manali and would gladly come back.

We felt at home during our family trip, our first long one with our 8 months old baby. Everyone treated us like family, and Vinay helped us with so many things. The staff were all very nice, the food was good, and the property is a good spot, just a short walk from Mall Road. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in Manali.

The landlord was so kind and helpful, and always around whenever I had a question or needed something. You can see they really care about the place and their guests. Hadimba Regency was clean, cozy, and just as described, and I felt comfortable and welcome the whole time. I’d recommend it and would stay again.

The staff were very friendly, and they even kept our luggage in their office after checkout. We got a nice room with a king-sized bed, an attached bathroom with a water heater, and a winter blanket. Food was good, affordable, and available through room service. They charged exactly the amount shown on Agoda, with no extra fees. We were very satisfied and would come back to Manali. Nothing to complain about, definitely recommended. Google Maps may show the wrong route to the hotel, though its location pin is correct. A four-wheeler can reach the hotel parking. If you can’t find it, ask the locals. Good hotel!
