Our car got completely stuck in snow while parked in the hotel's own parking area, and the staff offered no concern or support. We had to pay ₹6,000 ourselves to get it out. The hotel didn't arrange labour, suggest a solution, or acknowledge that it happened on their premises. My husband had to go to Mall Road to find labour and speak to a policeman for help, while management took no responsibility. In a snow-prone area where this can happen, guests should be able to expect assistance and accountability. This was terrible, irresponsible management, and I would never recommend the hotel.

We were lucky to find this affordable, neat hotel at such short notice. The hospitality made us feel comfortable, the room was clean and nice, and the food was good. It's near transport stations, with taxis available. The person who took us around manali was especially nice and easy to deal with.

The owner personally looked after us throughout the stay, which made the experience especially good. The rooms were clean, the food was amazing, and we felt comfortable there. I’d recommend it to new travellers. ✌️

They charged us for parking for no good reason and even injured us. This hotel is so ridiculous that wandering the streets seems like a better option than paying for a room.

The food was delicious and home-cooked, and the room was neat and clean. It was also very affordable. A place worth visiting.
