FabHotel Shami Inn

We visited in June, during apple season, and could see apples all around the property, even from the balcony. The village setting makes it nice to walk up the hill, and the location has good views. It's a little secluded, but really peaceful. They welcomed us with their special drink, and the place felt super cozy. Hospitality was good, and the staff responded well.

The welcome plum juice was tasty and amazing, and the ambience was very good. Service was fast and efficient. Bipesh jii and Kaul were very polite. Food was 10/10. The one thing I didn't like was the carpeted floor, which wasn't clean and hadn't been washed.

The food at Shami Inn Manali was delicious and filling, and staying there made our Manali trip. When the roads to Chandratal and Spiti were closed and our plans fell through, Pankaj Bhayya helped us figure out what to do each day, explaining the alternatives and what we could expect from them. He also suggested the local Dussehra festival, which became an unexpected highlight. He was kind and full of positive energy from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was comfortable, and Pankaj Bhayya's care and guidance helped us finish the trip happily despite the road closures. We had a great holiday.

The staff were really friendly, and it’s a nice hotel. Our package included breakfast and dinner, though they served whatever dishes they had chosen for that day. Dinner was delivered to the room. Mall Road is about 5 km away.
