The room itself was cold in the evenings, and when I asked about heating, the clerk said they gave guests extra blankets instead. The bathroom also looked as if the fixtures had never been cleaned. Its drains were clogged with dirt, a pipe leaked, and I had to insist before they gave me soap. The hotel is far out among agricultural fields, beside a foul-smelling effluent stream. I found it only with Google Maps. The room phone didn't work, and the mobile number they gave me for reception never answered during my stay. The cable TV was out too. After I complained, the receptionist's desk attendant fiddled with set-top boxes and remotes until it partly worked, but there were only a few cheap, sleazy news channels. The room had a large menu, but most of its items weren't available, so I had to order from whatever they happened to have. That food was quite good and well prepared, though the prices were too high for the hotel's standards. At checkout, a day early, staff tried to charge me for the two breakfasts I'd had, even though complimentary breakfast was included in my package. I can't tell if these poor standards come from incompetence, inexperience, apathy, or someone trying to make quick money without spending anything. Either way, the stay wasn't pleasant. If this is what OYO provides, I don't plan to book through OYO again.

We had the swimming pool in the backyard, so we didn't even use the attached shower 😛. I stayed there for a couple of days with friends, and we were happy with the place as soon as we walked into our room. It was lovely, very clean, and had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The bathroom was clean too. Room service brought our food in 20 minutes, and it was really delicious, especially the Chicken Curry 😋. The staff made the stay memorable. Everyone was incredibly helpful and generous with their time, and they made us feel special from start to finish. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend the place.

The whole stay was pathetic. The hotel had no sanitization, and none of the staff wore masks. Towels were wet, the Wi-Fi and shower didn't work, and there were no charging ports in the room. The cutlery wasn't clean, and there was no disposal available. This was the worst OYO experience of my life. Only stay here if you have no other option anywhere in the world.

Sudhir hotel and banquet is a great place in Sonipat for parties and family dinners. It has big rooms and plenty of parking inside the hotel. The food was tasty, especially the butter chicken and chilli Paneer. Great staff, thanks for everything. Wow...
