Hotel Mintella , Varanasi

The central AC, spacious rooms, and clean interiors made for a comfortable stay. It’s in a posh location, and the interior was lovely to look at. The amenities and hospitality were great too, and the food was tasty.

We’ve stayed here several times, and the service has always been superb. The rooms are clean and roomy. There’s also plenty of parking inside the gated community, which is great when you’re travelling in a big car.

I’d be happy to stay at Hotel Mintella again. The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean, with AC, a fan, and a comfortable bed. There were a few things that need attention: no toilet paper when we checked in, a stain on the bedspread, a loose toilet seat that wouldn’t stay up, and dust in several spots. It’d also help to have the WiFi password in the room instead of having to ask reception.

I expected better. The bed made it hard to get proper rest, and the staff weren’t very responsive or helpful. Hygiene also fell short of what I expected. This stay left me disappointed, and the hotel needs to improve.
