Fairvacanze Inn & Suites Delhi NCR-Kundli

When I asked about a Deluxe room, they quoted 2500, or 3000 for a Super Deluxe. I wanted an hourly stay, but was told that wasn't available. The hotel showed as available on Goibibo, including hourly stays. When I showed them, they did something on their laptop, and then the hourly option stopped working and showed no rooms. I don't know how they did it, but it felt like they wanted me to pay 2500 for a full 24 hours instead of 1250 for the hourly stay. After I took a room, the AC didn't work, so I switched rooms. Then the TV remote in the new room didn't work. I called and asked them to replace it. They said someone would come in five minutes, but nobody came after half an hour. I kept calling, and they hung up on me. I went to reception, was told to wait, and nobody ever showed up during my stay. The bathroom was much smaller than in the property photos, and the room wasn't very big either. What they show online and what you get are different. Doesn't that feel like cheating? The room was clean and good, I'll give it that, but service was poor and the hotel felt overpriced for what it offered. Don't bring your family here. That was my first and last stay last year. I recommend HOTEL LOTUS PARADISE near Parker Mall instead. It's very good and the service is great. Since Fairvacanze, I've always gone there.

The food was good, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. The place is well maintained, and the staff are courteous and helpful.

We had to cut our stay short and move to another hotel after management failed to respond to repeated complaints. Cockroaches were roaming around the so-called Super Deluxe rooms, and a faucet leaked in one of the dirtiest hotel washrooms I've seen. A truly awful experience. Avoid this place.

The Deluxe room was rubbish, and the staff's behavior was completely inappropriate. They also wouldn't let us bring in outside food. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
