Mr. Deepak Kumar made a real impression with his warm welcome and excellent service. The location was convenient, and the amenities were decent, so I was comfortable during my stay. The rooms were clean, the staff courteous, and the price felt like good value. I’d recommend it for a family or business trip. Thanks again, Mr. Deepak.

Mr. Deepak Kumar at the front desk was especially helpful, from check-in through answering my questions. He was courteous and handled things efficiently, always with a positive attitude. His welcome made a real difference to my stay. Hotel Lotus Paradise was clean and well cared for, with a relaxing feel. My room was tidy, organized, and had the essentials I needed. The hotel’s overall atmosphere also showed attention to detail and professionalism. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and very good hospitality.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. My room was dirty, basic facilities fell short, and service took too long. The staff also came across as unprofessional. It was a very poor experience.

We all enjoyed our time here as a family. There was plenty of parking, and our room was clean. The food at hotel lotus paradise was delicious. A very nice hotel in Sonipat.
