The staff didn't know about my Goibibo booking, and then asked me to pay extra to check in. The place also felt like GB Road to me, and the atmosphere inside gave me the impression of a red-light area. A terrible experience.

I paid through the Oyo app for an AC room, but the guest house refused to honor the booking and the AC didn't work anyway. The owner was rude, and the bedsheet, pillow covers, and towels were dirty. I wouldn't recommend it.

They asked for extra money at check-in, even though I had a booking. The rooms are dirty, the beds are dirty, and there was no water. The rooms look old, and I didn't feel the hotel was safe. Their tariff seemed fake. Don't waste your money here.

The room wasn't provided at the price listed in the app, and it was dirty and completely unhygienic.

Dirty rooms and poor service.
