The room was large, clean, and in good condition, with a good bathroom and 24-hour power backup. They provide soap, towels, bottled water, lotion, and face wash, and room service was good. Mr. Shubham was professional and knew how to speak with guests. It's a quiet place, with a temple and market nearby, plenty of food options, and outside food is allowed. It works for couples or families. A little expensive, but I thought it was worth it. πππ
We had the worst experience with the staff. They spoke rudely and didn't seem to have any manners, and they wouldn't take responsibility for parking. The hotel also imposed a lot of unnecessary restrictions, including no outside food, no loud noise, and not opening the balcony. We ended up arguing with one of the staff. The hotel policies were awful.
The service was good, and it's an affordable place to stay. Cleanliness was only okay, though: there was dust in the room and the washroom smelled. The location can be a problem when ordering food.
