Hotel Ganga Kaveri

We stayed for three nights in two bookings, two consecutive nights and then one more night after a day’s gap. On the first day, we reported problems with the bathroom and door, but they weren’t fixed in time. When we returned, we were given the same room again. The Hotel Manager said the online process had been completed but couldn’t say when the issues would be resolved. Why assign the room to guests if the problems are still there? The hotel also isn’t cost efficient.

The location made getting to attractions, restaurants, and public transport easy, while the hotel itself was quiet enough for a peaceful rest. What I appreciated most was the team’s care and attention. They offered local tips, arranged transport, and checked in to see how things were going, which made me feel valued. Staff were welcoming and professional from arrival, and check-in was quick and smooth. My room was spacious, spotless, and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, I slept well each night, and housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay. I had a wonderful time and would happily return. I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and good service.

We were 12 guests staying in four rooms. The rooms were clean, the staff were good, and the service was excellent, 10/10.

Fantastic, everything was good. We’ll visit again and again.
