We began using Sudhir Hotel’s laundry service, but some guest clothes went missing. We told them clearly that we’d return anything that turned up, and when the items arrived almost 20 days later, we handed them back right away. Even so, the owner, Mandeep, withheld our payment, claiming the clothes were returned after a month. That felt completely unfair since we returned everything as soon as we received it. The whole experience was unprofessional and caused a lot of inconvenience. I don’t recommend them.

Rats were running around, and there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. The rooms were very dirty and smelled bad, with hygiene poorly maintained.

It’s budget friendly, though a bit far from Nagpur railway station.

The elevator was slow, but the comfort felt like four stars. Rooms were tidy, staff kind, and the location was great for the city. Wi-Fi worked and breakfast was decent. I’ll stay again!

The room was good, and both the staff and the cleanliness were very good. Give it a try once.
