On 3May2026, the service really didn't match the high fare. The room hadn't been cleaned, both beds were dirty and covered in smoke grime, and maintenance hadn't been done. There was no light in the washroom, no room key, and the fan and TV didn't work. The AC did work, but there was no Wi-Fi. You have to buy your own water bottle.
We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and well maintained for the price.
My wife and I booked a night here, but the place felt shady and unhygienic, the service was bad, and the staff seemed inexperienced. We had to book another hotel within 15 minutes because of the unprofessional treatment and conditions. My wife felt uncomfortable because staff kept staring at her.
The rooms at Townhouse Johri Enclave Metro Station Formerly Second Home were spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!
My car's windshield was broken overnight in the hotel parking area. One of the worst hotels.
