A Retro By OYO Rooms

The place felt unsafe, with noisy surroundings and flimsy door locks. Inside, the bedsheets were stained and the bathroom was dirty and smelled foul. Housekeeping ignored several requests, and staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, taking hours even for simple things. A terrible stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it. OYO needs to improve its quality standards.

The food was superbly tasty and hygienic, and the owner is kind-hearted and knows how to look after guests. The ambience, rooms, and service were all satisfying. It’s easy to reach from the major IT companies and malls, and I don’t think you’ll regret staying here. 👌👌

I’d paid the full amount online, but when I arrived to check in they refused and demanded double the amount. I sat outside and wasn’t even offered water. I politely asked the manager to find a solution, but the man at reception walked off without listening or trying to help. He was rough with me, as if it were my fault. Thoroughly rude, unprofessional, and inhuman. I never expected this from a flagship hotel. I recommend never booking this hotel online.

I booked through Fab Hotels in October 2019, and the hotel looked completely different from the photos. It was filthy, and the staff were busy on their phones and barely interested in helping. Whatever you needed, their answer was simply, “Ask Fab.” I think the owner keeps changing the aggregator. This feels like a total scam hotel. Look at the real photos taken.
