Krisna All Suite Stay

The property itself is beautiful, with large, clean, comfortable rooms, lots of open space and greenery, and plenty of parking. It's pet friendly too. The management, though, was abysmal, and the food made the stay a challenge. We didn't see many people in the dining room even though other rooms were occupied, and I suspect the food setup is why. Meal timings were misleading and inconvenient. Our check-in was at 2 pm, but the kitchen shut strictly at 2.30. Guests may need time to check in and settle, especially since room service isn't allowed and you have to go down to the restaurant. The food quality was good, but the portions were really, really small for the price. The room rules sheet listed a dinner time that differed from the kitchen closing time. We arrived before the stated closing time but were refused service, so we had to go out to find food, even though few places deliver there. You can't order food in the rooms either. No alcohol or non-veg is allowed on the property or in the rooms. Although the place is huge, lovely, and decently priced, management seemed indifferent to these issues. I'll never return.

We held a get-together here last week, and it's a very nice venue for that. The heritage villas are beautiful and tastefully kept in the style of their era. The restaurant has an old-furniture, antique feel, and the staff were really nice and cooperative. Food quality was okay.

I'd read a few bad reviews and was skeptical at first, but my experience turned out to be the complete opposite. The place is beautiful, with excellent cottages and old European-style furniture. It's spacious, very clean, and the staff are soft-spoken and responsive. I'd definitely recommend it.

The place is pet friendly, so anyone who doesn't like animals may want to avoid it. Service was very bad. Food often ran out, and people had to go into the kitchen and make it themselves. The manager was completely useless. Whatever food I managed to get was good, but I would never go back.
