The stay was good, and the hotel is in the middle of the city, which is useful. But the rooms feel expensive for their design and quality. For two people, the minimum is 3000, which doesn't seem fair for a six-hour night. Parking is limited, too. There may be no space, so you have to leave the vehicle outside their parking area. Only two cars fit inside, and those spaces are filled after the hotel closes, around 11 pm.

We spent four nights here. The beds were clean and good quality, and the restaurant was nice. I highly recommend this hotel to people visiting Alipurduar.

On my friend's birthday, we went to Dooars Mountain Restaurant hoping for a pleasant meal, but the reception staff member "Rajesh" spoiled the experience. When I politely asked for the background song to be changed, he didn't look up from the computer and curtly said "no." His rude response showed no courtesy or professionalism, and I expected a more understanding reply. Service gets 1/5 from me, while the ambiance was 3/5. It was disappointing to have someone with that attitude representing the restaurant. Management should take note and train staff better in customer service and communication. Until then, I wouldn't recommend visiting.
