Hotel Elite Continental - Airport Road Andheri

I found a lot of cockroaches in my room at hotel elite continental Andheri east, and the reception staff were the worst. This didn’t feel like a minor nuisance: seeing so many suggests a deeper nesting problem in the building. It made the room feel unfit to sleep or eat in, or even to set down my phone, and I worried about pests getting onto the bedding, furniture, and luggage. Cockroaches can carry bacteria and allergens, so I consider this a health and safety problem. The reception response made it worse. Rather than offer an apology, a different room, or a refund, the staff were hostile and showed no empathy or accountability. If they treated my concern as an overreaction, that would be incredibly frustrating. Their indifference left me thinking management had given up on maintaining standards.

I had a wonderful stay at Elite Hotel. The staff were attentive, professional, and welcoming, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, with what I needed for a comfortable visit. The location made it easy to reach key parts of the city. I also enjoyed the meals and variety at the on-site restaurant and appreciated the hotel’s facilities. I’d happily recommend Elite International Hotel and hope to return.

The metro makes it easy to get everywhere from this location. I spent a week here on a business trip and had great rooms and good service.

A friendly, helpful team and a good budget hotel in Andheri East Chakala Mumbai. The rooms are good, breakfast is okay, and it’s easy to get to the airport, metro, and railway station. Cheers!
