2/10
There’s no lift, which made getting to the room a hassle with elderly people. WiFi only works on the first floor. In the room, the AC leaked all night, the geyser barely worked, and the wardrobe was dusty and full of ants. We’d booked their best deluxe room, and it didn’t look like anyone had cleaned it before check-in. Pathetic, unprofessional management.

The food was just okay, and room service took longer than I expected. The rooms themselves were pretty good, though, and I’d still choose this hotel again if I stay in Alipurduar.

The staff were friendly, but the place felt poorly managed. Rooms are cramped, and the furniture is arranged in a silly way. I’d rate the stay as average.

Mr.Amit Sarkar and Ashok ji, the two managers, were very well behaved. The rooms, food quality, and staff were all too good. Absolutely satisfying.

The washroom and bedsheets were clean, and the AC was nice and cold. The rooms felt a bit stuffy, but given the price and location, I could live with that. The food is outsourced, and it wasn’t as good as the hotel itself. Still, a wonderful stay.
