Hotel Milam Inn

The rooms have plenty of space, but they weren't clean. The bed sheets and blankets were really dirty, and the bathroom lights didn't work. I'd call the place below average. If you have no other option, you could stay, but I wouldn't recommend it. Service was very slow, apparently with only two staff members looking after the whole hotel. Parking needs attention too. If you're leaving early, make sure your car is parked properly. The staff won't be at reception before 11, and the one person there doesn't know how to drive, so you may have to check the cars yourself and sort things out. I wouldn't order food here either. When I asked about dinner, the receptionist said he had to clean the rooms and washrooms and would then prepare the food. That made me wonder about the hygiene. We paid 5500 for two rooms, which didn't feel like fair value. I'd look further along Mall Road for better options.

The bedding was dirty, including the sheets, quilt cover, and pillow covers, and they still weren't changed after I asked. I booked through mmt. The receptionist refused several times to show me another room, then finally opened one after about 10 minutes of urging. There were no towels, and the ones they did give us were dirty. They also charged more than the amount shown on the menu, so I had to argue about the bill. The room, service, and reception were all awful. I'll never book here again and would advise others to do the same. Save your money and stay somewhere decent. I wish I could give this rotten place zero stars.

We came from Gujarat and stayed three nights. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, the rooms were spotless, and there was a great variety of food. We had a perfect stay. I'd recommend it to families and business travelers alike.

A very good hotel, and the staff are friendly. The view is better from upstairs, so ask for an upper floor room.
