We had a comfortable stay, and the friendly receptionist and staff were accommodating throughout. They let us check in early when we asked, which helped a lot. There are plenty of places nearby for food and tea. From the terrace you can catch a lovely sunrise, and the Vivekananda Memorial is close enough to walk to. A convenient place to stay.

The rooms were okay, and the location worked well. You can get onto the terrace to watch the sunrise, and the ferry for the Vivekananda Rock memorial is within walking distance. Service was basically absent. Staff kept asking for money when we left, even though they hadn’t helped with our luggage. They also asked for cash at checkout, and when I tried to pay by UPI, they wanted more than the amount due.

The terrace gives you a nice view, and the location is the one good thing here. Beyond that, the hotel was very disappointing. The toilets were in bad shape, the T.V. didn’t work and hospitality was poor. It was hard to find water. I called several times about things and still got no response. Don’t listen to the rikshaw wala bhaiya if they bring you here, just leave.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms and washrooms were neat, and the service was excellent. You can see the sea and sunrise from the hotel terrace. It’s close to the boating point and light house, right in the main area.
