I paid ₹8,000 through direct booking for a room that didn’t meet the standard I expected at that price. There was no TV, the bathroom had a persistent bad smell, and the wardrobe was damaged and in poor condition. When I reported the problems, I was told nothing could be done. On following up, staff questioned my tone instead of dealing with the issues, which made things more frustrating. The food was excessively expensive and didn’t justify the price. There wasn’t even a proper printed menu. They sent us a handwritten one on WhatsApp, which felt unprofessional for a property charging these rates. The person who handled our booking, an old lady, wasn’t helpful and showed little interest in resolving concerns or improving the experience. Customer service and attention to guest satisfaction were clearly lacking throughout. Based on this stay, I wouldn’t come back. I’d advise other travelers to check the room condition, facilities, and prices carefully before booking. Menu pic is attached.

The rooms are well maintained, and although the hotel is right on the main road, it isn't noisy. There’s a path across the road that leads to Kasar Devi Temple, and the owner is very nice and friendly. The food was good too. The chef behaved badly and left a bad taste in our mouth, so we left after just one night.

The room I got at Kasar Inn looked nothing like the online photos. It was smaller, poorly maintained, and a terrible disappointment. When I brought this up, Mr. Shubham Gupta spoke rudely and dismissively instead of fixing it. The hygiene was poor, the food below average, and room service barely existed. I paid ₹3000 for a room that wasn’t worth even ₹500. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Don’t rely on the online photos or fake reviews. Save your money and peace of mind and look elsewhere.

Horrible. Smelly rooms and bathroom, and the lady’s attitude was oh my god. Everything is overpriced. Not recommended at all, not even worth 100 rs.

We were made to feel comfortable, and I’d happily come back. The staff were very cordial, the food was decent, and I liked the ambiance. If you’re walking to Kasar Devi Temple, its entry gate is right in front of the hotel. Thanks for a pleasant stay, and bless you.
