PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. We paid Rs. 8,002.55 in full through booking.com for four nights, but when we arrived to check in, they said they don’t accept online bookings and don’t work with booking.com. They then offered to “upgrade” us to another hotel 3.5 km away as a goodwill gesture. So they had the booking and the money, but wouldn’t let us stay there. Make it make sense. We picked this hotel because it was close to work. The service was awful, and the excuses were nonsense. They sent us to another hotel and it felt like a scam. The people there just wanted our money.

I stayed six days and got bored. The facilities were very bad: the room wasn't cleaned, the sheets weren't washed, and the TV didn't work.

The rooms are spacious and the stay was very comfortable, with very good service. The hotel is easy for tourists to find, since it’s near the highway and in the heart of the city. They serve tasty food at reasonable prices, and the room rate is reasonable too.

The room was very basic and didn’t match the standard shown in the FAB website photos. The furniture was very old and urgently needed repairs. The bed was old enough to give me back pain, and the stained, unpleasant-smelling sheets and pillows made it worse. The whole stay was pathetic, and the hotel needs serious updates.

The room boy brought fresh linens after I complained, but none of the staff apologized or seemed to care. There was no Wi-Fi and breakfast wasn’t included. The sheets and pillows were dirty, and the manager clearly wasn’t paying attention to those details. Whenever we raised an issue with the receptionist, the response was “that’s how it is,” which is no way to handle a complaint. The rooms and customer service were both bad, and I was very disappointed.
