The dark furniture made the rooms feel dull and less welcoming than I’d hoped. The food portions were another letdown, especially for the price. It tasted decent, but nothing special enough to justify the cost. Service was slow too. For a place marketed as a 4-star property, we waited a long time for things that should have been quick. Triton Hotel has potential, and the location and basic quality are okay, but these issues made it poor value for money. I hope they improve.

Parking was a hassle, since I had to leave my car on the road nearly half a kilometer from the hotel. After waiting about 20 minutes for food, the restaurant told me my choice wasn’t available. There was also a cockroach in the room. At check-in, I was assigned Room 309, but the same room was apparently given to another guest. There were no towels, and repeated calls to housekeeping went unanswered. I also called reception for a pillow and towel, but no one came. TRITON by Shyama Hotels & Resorts, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) fell far short of expectations and made for a very frustrating stay.

I really liked the food, and the staff were very polite. The rooms are spacious, with lovely balconies and beautiful interiors. A great property for the price, and one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I strongly recommend it.

The restaurant serves good, tasty food, and the service was good, though it could be better. The rooms are large, airy, and well maintained, but the hotel and rooms have aged and have seen better days. It’s a decent hotel in Raipur, in an accessible location on the way to the airport.

The location is really good and the food is good too, but the rooms are old and poorly maintained. Hot water usually doesn’t come through in the bathrooms.
