There was no Wi-Fi and no sense of safety, and the rooms hadn't been cleaned. They seemed to just hand over a room the previous customer had left without cleaning it. I booked online, then they charged me an extra 250 Rs when I arrived. The hotel also doesn't have a proper sign that's easy to see.

They refused to honor my online payment and wouldn't give us a room, then behaved badly toward us. After we filed a police case, they said we could stay if we paid another Rs 200. This Oyo hotel is a big scam. Room service was awful, and they wouldn't come to clean the room. It's not suitable for tourists or families. There are much better hotels in rathore chauk.

The rooms were good and clean, and the hotel itself was good. But because of covid-19, there were too few staff, and they weren't able to manage the guests.

The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, and the service was bad too. This place is just a waste of money. Please don't consider it.

The staff were good, but the rooms were dirty, and the bedsheets and pillows hadn't been washed properly. The bathroom setup wasn't very good either. I really wouldn't recommend this place if you're coming with your family.
