The rooms were extremely dirty, and the service was very poor. The quality is the cheapest for the price.

The rooms are filthy, and I’m not exaggerating. The sheets had yellow stains and what looked like human fluids. There’s also a huge exhaust fan with a big hole above it. The bathroom stayed dirty and wet, with dirt on the floor, and the floor wasn’t mopped properly, leaving slipper prints. The washbasin was dirty, the wardrobe had brown dirt stains, and the AC leaked water. They keep the AC remote at reception, so you have to ask for it. Sometimes staff give your room to new customers, and they may knock while you’re inside. At night, staff themselves might bang on the door to ask about food because there’s no landline phone. They don’t seem to know which rooms are occupied, gave us an occupied room, then moved us, and even checked us in when all rooms were full, saying after we’d paid that one would be free in 10 minutes. It might do for unmarried couples wanting a room for just a few hours, but it’s dirty as hell and not worth more than Rs 500. I wouldn’t recommend it to married couples staying 12 hours or longer.

The rooms were untidy and the bathroom was horrible, and the staff offered no support. Make My Trip showed a price of 800 rs, but the manager asked me for 1400 rs. I also had to ask about ten times that day for the AC and TV remotes, and they still didn’t give them to me. I’d give it a minus rating if I could.

I’d asked before arriving for a family room and said we had a kid with us. When I entered, I found dirty dustbins, hair on the bed linen, used bathrooms, and plenty of other memorable things. AC water dripped right onto the headboard, so it would cool your head while you slept. When we complained, staff started arguing. We decided to check out, and they said the money couldn’t be refunded. After a lot of arguing they finally returned it. Pathetic. I’d say stay away from such cheaters.
