The ACs weren't working, and the washrooms were dirty. There were broken handles, no amenities, no hospitality, and the place was overpriced. They kept charging extra money unnecessarily. It's the worst hotel ever.

I was really disappointed. The rooms were in very poor condition, the staff showed little hospitality, and the AC didn’t work. There was no geyser either. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Everything else was good, and the hotel is close to the railway station.

The staff were good, but the rooms didn’t feel worth the 1,800 per night we paid for two people. They gave us no receipt, and there’s nothing luxurious about the place. I’d avoid it.

I had a very bad experience. They wanted me to pay extra just to have the bedsheet cleaned.
