The hotel's central location is a plus, but the service and amenities were subpar, and I can't recommend it. My room smelled of lingering smoke, and there was no kettle or towels. There was no room service or reception number handy either, so I had to find staff myself to get towels. Maybe those things weren't included in the Deluxe room we booked at the lowest rate of ₹1600 per night, but treating guests differently that way is unacceptable. The price was reasonable for a room without air conditioning, but basic service still matters whatever the room costs. This was my final stay here. If you do stay, I'd advise choosing a more expensive room for a better experience.

Even a simple tea arrived cold and tasted terrible, and the food overall was below average. Service was extremely slow, while staff seemed untrained and inefficient. The room charges were high, but the rooms didn't meet expectations. The cost wasn't justified, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service or value for money.

They upgraded the room, but denied all the free services, and the room itself was lower quality. Worst service, and the worst food I've had in the last 2-3 years.

We had planned to stay in Raipur until March 30, but after our stay from March 20 to 23, we left the hotel early because of this bad experience. The rooms weren't cleaned properly and staff behavior at Hotel Simran International in Raipur was very bad. We asked for just two plates and were told there'd be an extra charge because they don't provide empty plates for free. Speak to reception before coming so you know what to expect. A 1-liter Bisleri bottle costs ₹32 here. This is the worst hotel in Raipur.

I stayed at this hotel for 3-4 days, and the experience was very good. The hotel itself was very good, and receptionist lady’s was very well because she helped a lot. Thanks to management and mr Mukesh deo for being a good manager. Service and housekeeping were a little slow, though, so please Dhyan dijiye. The service wasn't that good, Weiss hotel ka experience.
