We booked 2 rooms through Goibibo, but the one we got was filthy and unhygienic, nothing like the online pictures. The washroom was dirty, the sheets stained, and there was a bad smell. We took videos and photos to document it. Staff said no other room was available, even though Goibibo and OYO later falsely said a “better room” had been shown to us. That's simply untrue. The receptionist and hotel manager said on a call that they'd cancel the booking and approve a refund, then denied it in writing. For the last two days we've been following up with customer support, but the hotel still hasn't approved the cancellation or refund despite that verbal promise. It has wasted our time and caused unnecessary stress. The receptionist and staff were unprofessional and kept giving misleading information, showing no accountability. I'd urge future guests to be cautious. Absolutely not recommended.

The bed, pillow cover, and blanket were all dirty, and the room was dirty too. There was no hygiene at all. Staff said that's how it is and we had to manage. Very bad hotel.

I booked this property via BOOKING.COM, but they gave us an inferior room. The TV didn't work, and there were no proper facilities from the Booking.com App listing. At check-in there was no bath towel, only a used one, and no drinking water jug. The linen smelled, there were termites in the wall, and the main door lock was broken and didn't work. It's not suitable for families, as it's for unmarried couples only. There's no kitchen and no breakfast. The behavior was pathetic, and fab hotel groups are damaging their hard-earned brand value with this kind of service. Never book this hotel in raipur. Very good hotel options are available at the same rate.

Don't book this hotel through FAB app. I booked 2 rooms, but when we arrived they wouldn't let us check in. I called customer care, and after about an hour of discussion they finally let us into 1 room. Only after more discussion with the front desk did they provide the second room. We saw them giving another woman who had booked through FAB a hard time too. There were no towels or toiletries in the room. If you book a room with breakfast, expect to wait until 9 AM or later for it. The hotel lets people check in without paying in advance if they don't come throughfab, but they treated those of us who booked through FAB this way. The whole thing was disgusting, and it was a horrible experience. Never book here for a family or official trip. These people are cheating customers.

It's close to the railway station, and there's a compound where you can park 2 wheelers. The rooms aren't all clean, so check the room condition before you check in.
