Capital O RPR263 Hotel Convivial Sky

I stayed here on 3/4/2026. They first gave me room 108, where the blanket and bedsheet were very dirty. After I complained at reception, I was moved to room 203, but its AC barely cooled and stopped working by around midnight. It was hot, so I went back downstairs and asked for another room with AC. The night receptionist said none were available. I said I’d take a non-AC room if they refunded the difference after deducting that room’s charge. He rudely refused, said there were no rooms and no refund, and sent me back to the same room. I said I’d find another hotel and asked for at least half my money back, or for them to deduct the non-AC room charge and return the rest. He refused again. When I asked to speak with the owner, he said he wouldn’t call the owner over one room and told me to handle it myself. He also said the AC couldn’t be repaired that late at night. Later they sent a boy to move me back to room 108, the same dirty room I’d left. I had no choice but to stay there. If the AC stops working, guests should be given another room. If none are available, the charge should be adjusted and the remainder refunded. The night staff treated me very badly.
