OYO Flagship 45586 Hotel Airport Inn

The room photos say enough about the cleanliness and hygiene. They were taken right after I was given the room. Room service was delayed for no good reason, and then there was none at all. Whenever I turned on the AC, it sent water into the bathroom, which was irritating. They claim to offer 24/7 service, but don't count on proper care if you arrive after midnight. Also, be wary of the OYO scam and speak to the property manager directly before booking. This was a devastating, pathetic experience. You can find a better place in the same price range.

They refused to let us check in after I booked through goibibo, unless we paid another 500. I asked them several times to let us stay, especially since my wife was with me, but they still turned us away. We ended up having to leave for the airport. They seem completely greedy. Never book this hotel. If negative ratings were possible, I'd give it -5.

They provide free pickup and drop-off, which I haven't found at other Oyo hotels. The staff were educated and treated us like family. The place felt sanitized and safe because they checked all guests with a Mass and covid19 kit. Airport inn is couple friendly and very close to Raipur Airport. I'll stay there again with my girlfriend.

The room had no windows, and neither it nor the bathroom had ventilation. There was a bad smell inside all the time. The bathroom was unhygienic, and the rooms, bedsheets, towels, dustbins, and bed were all dirty. No basic amenities either. The TV didn't work, and the fan was noisy. I had added breakfast in the app, but they said it cost extra and didn't provide it. Worst experience, zero stars.
