The breakfast was good, and the ambience was okay, but the place felt more like a lodge than a hotel. Service was slow, the rooms were small, and the bathroom was even smaller. The AC sometimes didn't work or was under maintenance. It also seemed pricey compared with other local hotels.
2/10
I booked an AC room, but they refused to give me the remote and said, "Sir AC k liye extra charge lagega". I paid 200 More for AC. Breakfast was included in my booking and already paid for, yet they asked me to pay again, saying, "Nahi Sir Breakfast k liye to extra pay karna hi hoga". When I asked for a bill, they refused. The worst hotel experience I've had. Never go there.
2/10
I had to cancel my OYO booking after the owner refused to honor the discounted rate and told me to complain to OYO while he looked into it. I was charged a cancellation fee. The rooms are cramped and the price is far too high. The owner was also very rude and used abusive language.
4/10
Only consider a room after checking it in person. If you've booked online at a discounted rate, the manager may refuse to give you the room unless you pay the difference. Avoiding that meant calling customer care several times and dealing with a lot of delay and hassle.
2/10
A terrible stay, and a very poor hotel. They charge Rs 500 more than the amount shown when you book through OYO, as their own commission. Worst experience.
