The room wasn't clean, and the bathroom was in very bad condition. The experience was not very good.

The rooms were really dirty, with cockroaches around all the time. Service was very slow too.

There was a bad smell in the corridor, almost like liquor. The room smelled awful too, apparently because it had been shut for many days, and it was dirty. After handing over the keys, the hotel boy never came back to check on the room. Water kept pooling in the bathroom throughout my stay, which made the whole experience feel like a waste of money.

The room was clean, and room service was good. The support staff were helpful too.

At checkout, they charged ₹130 for 2 water bottles. Seriously! We also found cockroaches all over the room, including the bed, hidden corners, and bathroom. After we complained, a staff member tried spraying HIT, but it ran out quickly and they only pretended to keep spraying. The service was extremely poor. I wouldn't recommend this place to families or anyone else. If you want to save your money, don't visit.
