At Hotel mezbaan, the room was unclean and the amenities felt outdated. Staff didn't respond to our concerns, and the restaurant food was subpar. For the price, I expected much more, so I wouldn't recommend it. I also found the food overpriced and not very tasty. Service was slow, and our server seemed inattentive. The ambiance was nice, but that was about it. I was looking forward to trying Hotel mezbaan, but it didn't live up to the hype. For the price, I'd suggest trying somewhere else.

The dine-in service was poor, and ordering online wasn’t any better. They accepted my order, then asked me to change it. I wouldn’t order from this hotel.

Dt- 6/7/25 The service was even better than the food, which was good. Their Shami kebab is close to a Galoti kebab, though I’d suggest a little more chilli. Kadi costs ₹90, but Noorjaha is still my top pick for kadi.
