The bathrooms were awful and dirty, and there was no water from the tap, just a filled bucket. I even found a used condom floating in the toilet. The bedsheets were dirty too, and the smell of people smoking was horrible. Staff didn’t seem to care when we complained. We changed rooms three times, but each one had some kind of problem. The rooms themselves were okay, but this was a horrible place to stay with family. There are several decent options in the same price range, so don’t stay here with your family.

The rooms are decent for what they cost, and the staff are good, though they’re not very attentive. The toilets are poor, and meals take too long to prepare. Food is a bit expensive too, so watch out for the prices and any extra charges. I’d still recommend the hotel.

I’ve really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were polite and helpful, and I’ve never had a bad feeling about the place. Thanks for making me feel welcome. I’ll come back and stay here again.
