My sister's wedding was held here this week, and the experience was awful. The place was disorganized and poorly maintained, the washroom was dirty, and there wasn't even one working light on the stairs or outside the hall in the parking area. The owner was very rude. He agreed at booking to do things as we requested, but just before the wedding he asked for more money for decorations. We'd already discussed it and paid in full, yet after we refused to pay extra, he did no decorating at all. The curtains looked many years old, and nothing felt right for such a special day. We had no time or other option, so we somehow managed. Money can be arranged, but you can't replace a wedding memory. I had to choose one star to submit this, though he doesn't deserve even that. Please don't book this hall for a celebration. Better to celebrate at home than waste your time and money here.
