The owner and manager are both very rude and treat visitors like they don't matter. They seem interested only in your money. Don't book here, those guys can make your stay miserable.

The service was poor and disappointing. The room smelled bad, the TV remote didn't work, and there was no mobile network at all. Wi-Fi had zero speed. The staff were extremely careless and rude, and the manager was very unprofessional.

The owner was supportive, and the hotel restaurant was good for the price. Rooms are small and the rooms and services are average. At reception, I found them uncooperative and rigid about some things. They often tried to avoid matters and started unnecessary arguments, which really wasn't good.

Everything else was very good, and there's even an LED TV at reception, but water service was the exception. This is the only OYO hotel I've seen charge ₹25 for a one-litre bottle, while other OYO hotels don't charge extra for water. Please, Mr. Owner, make an RO water cooler available so guests don't have to pay extra. Thank you for your service, sir. Have a good day.

It's easy to reach from the railway station's backside exit, and the rooms are neat and clean. Room service was good and pleasant, and the food was healthy. The dining area could be cleaner, though, and its lighting ambience wasn't that great.
