Every room smells of cigarette smoke, and the rooms aren't clean. The bedsheets had visible marks that hadn't been cleaned, and smelled as though they'd been kept wet for a long time. They don't provide even one complimentary bottle of drinking water per room, which would've been fine if we could buy a decent one. Instead, they only had local water bottles I didn't trust, and we were forced to buy them. I won't recommend this hotel.

I come here every month because I really like this hotel. The rooms are in the best condition and the location is good, at Airport New Raipur. The staff are lovely, especially Sunil Bhaiya. He treats everyone like family and is so affectionate.

Super duper hotel near airport, with clean rooms and careful staff. The owner here is also very sportive. Thank you.

The best hotel room review would mention helpful staff and a good location, along with clean, spacious, quiet rooms and a comfortable bed with great pillows. Crisp sheets, good views, blackout curtains, and nice amenities can make it feel like a home away from home. Even a small downside, like pillows that are too thick, adds authenticity.

I stayed for three days, and the staff were quick to respond, polite, and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the location was nice. A very good experience, and a good place to stay in Raipur.
