At Orion Hotel, I found the staff poorly trained and the lack of coordination led to repeated delays and confusion. The restaurant staff were especially unfriendly, which made eating there uncomfortable. There were also needless arguments about something as basic as arranging extra beds. Poor attitudes and disorganized service made the stay frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it.

The checkout was handled very professionally by Mr Shrikant, who clearly knows the process well. I had a very good stay at the hotel. Wishing him all the best 👍

We had a lovely stay as a family, and the children especially enjoyed the very clean pool. The hotel has 5-star facilities, no doubt, and we enjoyed our time there.
