Otium Resort By The Oterra, Goa

The rooms were fabulous, comfortable, and stylish, and every meal stood out. Staff paid remarkable attention to detail, with service that went well beyond what I expected. I had an exceptional experience and will definitely come back.

The pool needs more supervision. During the afternoon, there was no staff at the pool for about three hours, so be careful about leaving kids there. My AC wasn't working, and nobody came to deal with the complaint for 45 minutes, until I went to reception to show how disappointed I was. The cable and some other facilities also didn't work, the rooms were below average, and staff response was poor. Somehow, this place is overrated.

After our Indigo flight was cancelled, we were sent to Otium Resort by The Oterra in Goa. The rooms were dirty, the food quality was terrible, and the staff seemed completely uninterested. We had spent six days in Goa, first at Sterling and then at Lemon Tree, and both were excellent. This final stay spoiled the taste of the trip. Why should passengers bear the airline's mistake? I've visited this resort many times for business meetings and family functions. The food, ambiance, and staff are all very good, and the staff are respectful.
