Nigah Tourist Resort

The location and views were the only real positives. We were first handed towels and blankets that were dirty and had hairs on them, though staff did replace them with clean ones. The surfaces were dusty, the drinking glasses were dirty, and the bathroom needed another clean. WiFi didn’t work, so the room wasn’t good for getting work done. Staff were rarely in the office, and we had to walk around to find them.

My husband was injured after 15-20 monkeys attacked him at the resort. When I raised it, staff asked, “Why did you go outside?” We paid 2500/night for a room, but were we supposed to sit inside it the whole time? The resort has no transport or medical facility. My family was alone in the area, so we eventually got to a hospital, where a doctor treated my husband’s wound. When we came back, I asked staff for a bottle of water and was told it would cost extra. There was no hospitality shown to someone who’d just been hurt. This was a truly horrible experience. I hope nobody else goes through it. This hotel doesn’t deserve even one star.

On 11/06/2023, we were charged 4.5k for an AC room, though they had charged 3.5k or 2.5 k before. After 20 minutes they switched off the AC and never turned it back on. The staff were rude, there was no hospitality, and they threatened to make tourists check out in the middle of the night if we asked more questions. Please don’t stay here or recommend this terrible hotel/resort to anyone.

The owner was very rude, and the service and rooms were the worst I’ve seen. The charges are too high for the room and service. A complete waste of money. I’d suggest everyone stay away.
