The food was one of the best parts of my stay, and I thanked Chef Mr. Das for the tasty, authentic dishes. The clean rooms had river views, though a few looked out onto the garden, and the small pool was nice. I loved staying by the river. I’d visit again. The hotel is a little far from the City Center, so having your own vehicle is preferable since getting into the City otherwise is expensive.

The food was awesome, the charges moderate, and the staff polite and very professional. The hotel faces Mandvi river and sits in a calm spot where you rarely feel the city rush. It’s a perfect location, with the best beaches and must-visit places nearby. Couples and families can both enjoy it. There are pool and swimming pool services with set timings, but you can use them beyond the scheduled time. Staff won’t stop you and will help you use the facilities. I was extremely happy with the experience.
The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and each has a balcony. There are two floors but no elevator, which was the only drawback for us. We were assigned a room on the second floor and mentioned that we were uncomfortable, without asking to move. The staff then showed us two ground-floor rooms, and we picked one. I was extremely happy with the friendly, helpful service and the beautiful place.
The water view is the best part. Sitting and looking out with a drink was total relaxation, so try for a room facing the water. I stayed two nights and three days. The food was alright and it seemed like reasonable value for money. If you want to do more than relax, you’ll need to head out to Panjim or the beach belts. Reception can help arrange a taxi.
Car parking may be tricky because there’s limited space outside. The food is great, and the open-air restaurant feels lovely on winter evenings. The sunrise view from the river-facing rooms is wonderful, and ROOM NO 603 has the best view. I’d ask for that room, even if it means greasing the receptionist’s palms. If you can’t get it, make sure you’re in a river-facing room. This is a beautiful, peaceful place for budget luxury. Special thanks to Goa Government officials who recommended it to me.
