The room was in good condition, and the rates made up for the lack of breakfast and the limited service at night. Mrs. DSouza, the proprietor, was helpful and gave us clear directions and information. There's no dedicated parking, but the quiet, secluded location has plenty of spaces on the road. It's around 8 km from calangute road and 6 from Panaji, near NH66. A nice option for a one-day stay.

I loved the room I had, with two beds and a kitchen. It was spacious enough, with comfortable soft beds and lots of room for luggage in the almirah and cupboards. The view was lovely too, with greenery, coconut trees and that Goa breeze. Baker Street bakery is right on the main street, with all kinds of milkshakes, cakes, brownies and pastries. Man, I really enjoyed staying here.

The owner was very kind and helpful, even giving us contacts for suitable travel options. The property is about 17 kms from Thivim station and makes a good base away from the city's hustle and bustle. It's quiet and safe, and the rooms are large enough to suit different needs. Have a wonderful stay at Goa. Enjoy.

The staff are awesome, and there's a washing machine available too. We stayed for five days, and it was well worth the price. Calangute and baga beach are just 8 km away, and Panaji is 10km.

Dsouza Sir's behaviour and the service were so good that I can't think of a complaint. I won't write a long review: book this hotel without second thoughts. I'm not sure it'd suit people who want loud late-night parties, but for families, it's the best place.
